Independent due diligence
Both parties must verify identity, beneficial ownership, certifications, product compliance, intellectual property, contracts, payment and logistics.
Privacy and consent
Public profiles should contain only business-approved information. Introductions should require consent from both sides and avoid exposing personal contact details.
Local demo storage
The registration demo stores a profile only in the current browser. Clear browser data or use the dashboard control to remove it.
Analytics
Google Analytics is denied by default and measurement events are used only after the visitor explicitly allows analytics.
Required before production
Real users, company data and introductions require a secure backend, access control, audit logs, retention rules and professional legal documents.
