03Service / Existing website improvement

A website redesign that fixes the reasons the current site is underperforming.

Redesign is not automatically a complete visual replacement. The useful parts of the existing website should be understood first, then the structure, content and interface can be improved without losing valuable information by accident.

01 / Overview

What this service is designed to achieve.

The process begins with the current website: its pages, search visibility, analytics where available, customer questions and operational constraints. This separates genuine problems from personal preferences.

The new direction can then preserve useful URLs and content while improving hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility and the path to contact. Redirects and launch checks are part of the plan when routes change.

02 / Who it is for

A useful fit when the website has a defined job to do.

The scope is shaped around the customer decision and the team responsible for the website after launch.

  • Businesses whose website no longer reflects their offer
  • Sites that are difficult to use on mobile
  • Teams receiving poor-quality or too few enquiries
  • Businesses preparing a rebrand, new service mix or market shift
What you receive

Deliverables confirmed before work begins.

  • 05Production rebuild or agreed implementation scope
  • 06Pre-launch checks for metadata, links, forms and analytics
03 / Benefits

Clarity for the customer and the business behind the site.

The value is not a collection of pages. It is a more confident, usable route from discovery to the right next step.

01

A redesign based on evidence rather than fashion

02

Lower risk of losing useful pages or search signals

03

Clearer content for current services and audiences

04

A mobile experience designed around today's customer behaviour

04 / Process

Important decisions happen in the right order.

Each stage closes the questions needed for the next one, reducing late surprises and unclear responsibility.

  1. 01

    Audit before deleting

Inventory public pages, useful content, current search entry points and the journeys visitors already use.

  2. 02

    Set redesign priorities

Agree the commercial and usability problems the new website must solve.

  3. 03

    Restructure and design

Develop the revised information architecture and visual system together so presentation supports meaning.

  4. 04

    Migrate and verify

Move approved content, implement redirects where required and check the production site after launch.

Integrations and implementation scope.

The audit includes forms, analytics consent and connections the current website depends on. We retain working integrations where appropriate and identify replacement, data migration and provider-access requirements before changing them.

Why discuss this with PASIAS DIGITAL?

06 / Common questions

Questions about website redesign.

The exact scope is confirmed after discovery; these answers explain the working assumptions before that conversation.

Should every old page be copied to the new website?

No. Pages should be retained, improved, combined or retired based on usefulness. Important URLs need an explicit redirect decision rather than simply disappearing.

Can a redesign improve Google visibility?

It can improve content quality, mobile usability and technical clarity, but rankings are never guaranteed. A careless redesign can also lose visibility, which is why existing pages and redirects are reviewed first.

Can we redesign without changing the logo?

Yes. A clearer website can be developed around existing brand assets when they still represent the business well.
