Booking websites that make the next appointment easier to arrange.
A booking journey should explain what can be booked, who it suits and what happens next. PASIAS DIGITAL designs appointment, class and reservation interfaces, then scopes the connection to a suitable booking platform or custom backend where required.

ELAN STUDIO
Treatment and practitioner selection leading to a demo appointment request, not a live reservation.
View concept case studyWhat this service is designed to achieve.
Spas and salons may need treatment duration and practitioner choice; Pilates studios and gyms need class capacity and timetables; consultants need appointment types and time zones. Clinics, hospitality businesses and activity providers have their own operational rules. We start with those differences rather than adding the same form everywhere.
A booking request and a confirmed reservation are not the same. The page must state whether the team will reply or a live system has actually reserved the slot. Current portfolio concepts illustrate request journeys; they do not provide live availability, take payment or operate a real appointment book.

A useful fit when the website has a defined job to do.
The scope is shaped around the customer decision and the team responsible for the website after launch.
- Spas, beauty salons and wellness practitioners
- Pilates studios, gyms and fitness instructors
- Consultants and appointment-led professional services
- Clinics, hospitality and activity businesses needing clearly scoped booking flows
Deliverables confirmed before work begins.
- 01Service, class, duration and capacity requirements
- 02Mobile service, date, time and customer-detail journey
- 03Clear request, pending, confirmed and unavailable states
- 04Live availability and calendar integration specification when needed
- 05Email confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling rules for the chosen system
- 06Accounts, deposits or payments only when separately agreed
- 07Administration, data handling and handover plan
Clarity for the customer and the business behind the site.
The value is not a collection of pages. It is a more confident, usable route from discovery to the right next step.
The team receives the information needed to respond
Availability and confirmation are not misrepresented
Operational rules are considered before the interface is built
Important decisions happen in the right order.
Each stage closes the questions needed for the next one, reducing late surprises and unclear responsibility.
- 01
Map the booking rules
Agree services, staff, resources, capacities, opening times, time zones, lead times and cancellation expectations.
- 02
Choose the source of availability
Decide whether a manual request, existing booking platform or separately scoped backend is appropriate.
- 03
Design the complete journey
Cover service selection, customer details, account requirements and the messages shown before and after a request.
- 04
Test operational cases
For a connected system, test unavailable slots, duplicate submissions, confirmation delivery, cancellations and payment outcomes as well as mobile usability.
Integrations and implementation scope.
Calendars, reminder emails, availability, customer accounts and admin functions depend on the selected booking platform and subscription. We review its API or embed options, accessibility and mobile behaviour before confirming scope.
Deposits or payments use an agreed payment provider; they are not handled by a simple enquiry form. Clinical or other sensitive information should not be collected casually in booking fields. Any sensitive-data requirement needs a separately reviewed access and data-handling plan.
Why discuss this with PASIAS DIGITAL?
ELAN STUDIO and APEX PERFORMANCE demonstrate distinct treatment and fitness enquiry journeys with mobile layouts. They let you evaluate the interface approach without implying a real spa, gym or clinic has commissioned the work.

These are self-initiated fictional projects, not client claims. They show how the service can respond to different industries and customer journeys.

The exact scope is confirmed after discovery; these answers explain the working assumptions before that conversation.
Can customers see availability and receive automatic confirmation?
That is possible with an appropriate booking platform or backend, but it is not included automatically. We must connect to an authoritative availability source and test slot reservation and confirmation delivery.
Can customers cancel, reschedule or pay a deposit?
These can be scoped if supported by the selected system. Policies, deadlines, payment-provider fees and admin responsibilities need to be agreed before implementation.
Can we keep the booking software we already use?
Often the first option is to assess its link, embed or API rather than replace it. Share the provider and plan so we can verify access, data handling and the customer experience.
Are the spa and fitness examples real client booking systems?
No. They are fictional portfolio concepts illustrating request interfaces. Real integrations and client case studies will only be described as such when completed, verified and approved for publication.
