PDPASIAS DIGITAL
06Service / Established and multi-location businesses

Corporate websites that bring a complex business into focus.

An established business may need to serve customers, procurement teams, job applicants and partners through one website. PASIAS DIGITAL plans corporate websites around those different decisions, with responsive design and a manageable route for future content.

01 / Overview

What this service is designed to achieve.

When services, divisions and locations grow, a single undifferentiated page makes the business harder to assess. We organise the offer into useful service, sector, team and location content, with consistent navigation and clear enquiry ownership.

The starting point is the real organisation: approved information, decision makers, brand assets and the people who will maintain it. A larger website does not automatically require a large application. Content management, multilingual publishing and custom functionality are selected only after requirements and support responsibilities are understood.

02 / Who it is for

A useful fit when the website has a defined job to do.

The scope is shaped around the customer decision and the team responsible for the website after launch.

  • Established businesses with several service lines
  • Corporate teams aligning different departments under one brand
  • Multi-location businesses with genuinely different local information
  • Growing companies preparing a more structured international presence

03 / Benefits

Clarity for the customer and the business behind the site.

The value is not a collection of pages. It is a more confident, usable route from discovery to the right next step.

01

Different audiences can find the information relevant to them

02

A consistent brand across a larger page structure

03

Clear ownership of content reviews and updates

04

A defined path for adding services or locations

04 / Process

Important decisions happen in the right order.

Each stage closes the questions needed for the next one, reducing late surprises and unclear responsibility.

  1. 01

    Map the organisation

Identify audiences, departments, service boundaries, approval owners and information that must remain consistent.

  2. 02

    Prototype the structure

Review navigation and representative service journeys before expanding templates across the website.

  3. 03

    Agree editing and connections

Specify content permissions, translation responsibilities and the exact data exchanged with any external system.

  4. 04

    Stage the launch

Validate priority journeys, migration requirements and analytics, then hand over the agreed content and release workflow.

Integrations and implementation scope.

CRM or API connections, booking tools and enquiry routing are scoped against the chosen provider's documentation, permissions and subscription limits. Compatibility is checked before commitment.

Analytics can measure agreed enquiry steps with appropriate consent. Multilingual workflows require approved translations; protected areas and authenticated content require a separately agreed backend and security plan. No enterprise-scale delivery history or service-level guarantee is implied.

Why discuss this with PASIAS DIGITAL?

The STONEBRIDGE concept makes separate services and project information inspectable, while this website demonstrates English/Greek routes and a tested release process. These are useful design and implementation examples, not evidence of completed corporate client contracts.

06 / Common questions

Questions about corporate websites.

The exact scope is confirmed after discovery; these answers explain the working assumptions before that conversation.

Can different departments maintain their own pages?

That can be included if it is a requirement. We first agree who edits, who approves and what access each person needs, then choose a suitable CMS or editing workflow. Permissions are not assumed to exist in a static website.

Can one website support several languages and locations?

Yes, with a planned URL structure and content ownership for each language. Location pages need genuinely useful local details; we do not produce duplicate city pages or imply offices that do not exist.

Can you connect our CRM or internal tools?

We can assess the connection and scope an implementation. We need the platform, documentation, permitted data fields and access requirements before confirming feasibility, price or delivery.

Do you offer enterprise SLAs or round-the-clock support?

No such commitment is advertised. Response expectations, hosting, security responsibilities and ongoing support must be explicitly agreed before a project begins.
